ISO Accredits Hard Bakka on their Quality Management Systems

Hard Bakka achieves international certification for our efforts in Quality Management Systems (QMS). ISO 9001 Quality Management System: The Details

ISO 9001 specifies the requirements for a quality management system. This certification is for organisations looking to consistently meet their customer’s expectations as well as improve the quality of their products and services. ISO 9001 includes quality management principles such as having a strong customer focus, addressing motivation, the implication of top management, the process approach and how to achieve continual improvement.

By achieving ISO 9001, the organisation is provided strategies to develop better customer service through helping customers receive consistent, good quality products and services.
