Who We Are

Hard Bakka is a dynamic steel fabrication company fabricating a potential tonnage of 5200t of structural steel per year (approx. 100t / week) in a 1100 square meter workshop equipped with the necessary state of the art machinery and tools. We specialise in structural steel fabrication, welding and installation for commercial, industrial, residential projects among others. Based in the Bankstown City LGA, we serve NSW and the entire Sydney metropolitan area, 24/7.

Hard Bakka is third party certified to ISO 9001 for quality management, ISO 45001 for safety management, ASI environmental policy-gold band, AS/NZS 3834-Part 2 for comprehensive welding, and AS/NZS 5131-CC2 for steel fabrication. Our welders and fabricators are fully qualified and experienced with Australian standards of steel fabrication, welding and erection processes. Our qualified in-house Welding Coordinator qualifies our welders and produces welding procedures for every job according to engineer’s specifications. Our OH&S policies include Safe Work Method Statements for onsite work. Hard Bakka steel fabricators, welders and riggers are ready to supply, fabricate, deliver and install all your structural and architectural steel works, from industrial racking systems and conveyor structures, steel staircases, structural awnings, rails and fences, steel extensions, structural beam supports and bracing, structural shelters-canopies, gantries, steel roof trusses and mezzanine levels. We also fabricate steel and metal shop fittings including shelves, racks, frames and bi-fold doors to individual needs and design.

Hard Bakka steel fabrication has 30 years of experience in the steel and welding industry. Our expert team work with all types of mild steel products including, beams, posts, hot rolled steel, cold rolled steel, purlins, steel columns, RHS, SHS, pipe, angles, brackets, plates, and sheet, and some stainless steel and aluminium products, applying to them the required finishing including paint for steel surfaces, powder coating, galvanizing, sand blasting, and the full range of architectural paint systems, to suit job specifications.
